Deliveries are handled by partner carriers. A tracking number is provided upon shipment.
In case of delay, damaged or lost package, the Customer must contact Sainagua at sainagua@pm.me with the following information:

In accordance with current regulations, the Client has 14 days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal, without justification.
To be eligible for a return:
✔️ The product must be new, unused and in original packaging.
✔️ The Customer must contact Sainagua by email before any return.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of an error on our part.
After receipt and validation of the return, a full refund or exchange will be proposed within a period of 10 working days.
All our products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.

The personal data collected is used only for the processing orders and improving our services.
Sainagua cannot be held responsible for any delay or impossibility of delivering an order in the event of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.).
