General Conditions of Sale (GCS) – Sainagua

1. PREAMBLE

These presents General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the relationships between:

  • Sainagua, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”, operating the site [sitename.com],
  • and all natural or legal person making a purchase via the site, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”.


Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Sainagua offers for sale water filtration solutions and associated accessories.

  • THE descriptions and photos Products are provided for informational purposes only and may be changed without notice.
  • The products are offered within the limits of available stocks.
  • In the event of unavailability after validation of an order, the Customer will be informed and may either be reimbursed or choose an equivalent product.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1. Pricing

  • Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
  • Sainagua reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price charged will be the one displayed when the order is validated.

3.2. Payment methods

The Customer can pay for his order by:
✔️ Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via a secure platform.
✔️ Bank transfer (instructions will be sent after ordering).
✔️ Other payment methods that may be offered on the site.

Sainagua guarantees the security of transactions by collaborating with secure payment providers.

4. ORDER AND VALIDATION

4.1. Order process

  • The Customer selects the desired products and adds them to their basket.
  • After validating the basket, the Customer enters their contact details and chooses their delivery method.
  • Before payment, an order summary is presented for confirmation.
  • The order is considered accepted once payment has been made and confirmed by Sainagua.

4.2. Refusal of order

Sainagua reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of:

  • Ongoing dispute with the Client,
  • Suspicion of fraud,
  • Obvious error in the displayed price.
5. DELIVERY

5.1. Delivery times

Orders are processed under 24 to 48 working hours after payment validation.

    • Metropolitan France : Delivery in 2 to 5 working days.
    • Europe : Delivery in 3 to 7 working days.
    • International : Delivery in 5 to 15 working days (depending on transport and customs).

5.2. Delivery methods

Deliveries are handled by partner carriers. A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

5.3. Delivery problems

In case of delay, damaged or lost package, the Customer must contact Sainagua at sainagua@pm.me with the following information:

📸 Photo of the damaged product
📸 Photo of the shipping label

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

6.1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with current regulations, the Client has 14 days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal, without justification.

6.2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:
✔️ The product must be new, unused and in original packaging.
✔️ The Customer must contact Sainagua by email before any return.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of an error on our part.

6.3. Reimbursement

After receipt and validation of the return, a full refund or exchange will be proposed within a period of 10 working days.

7. WARRANTY & LIABILITY

7.1. Legal guarantee

All our products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.

7.2. Warranty Exclusions

Not covered by the warranty:

  • A misuse or a improper maintenance of the product,
  • A normal wear and tear,
  • A unauthorized intervention on the product.

In case of any problem, the Customer can contact sainagua@pm.me with a detailed description of the problem and photos of the affected product.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected is used only for the processing orders and improving our services.

  • Sainagua is committed to never share this data with third parties without prior consent.
  • In accordance with the GDPR, the Client may request the modification or deletion of his data by contacting us at sainagua@pm.me.
9. FORCE MAJEURE

Sainagua cannot be held responsible for any delay or impossibility of delivering an order in the event of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.).

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the French law.
